How do I place an order?
You can order online on this site by clicking on the "SHOP" link in the top menu, selecting the products that you would like to buy, and clicking on "MY CART" when ready to checkout.

If you mail in your order, please remember to include your payment and a note of which products you would like, along with a contact phone number or email, in case we need to clarify your order.
Can I place an order outside of the United States?
On most items, shipment to Canada is possible, if you are interested in shipping outside of the US or Canada, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it is possible to ship to your address.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including the original packaging and your receipt, within 21 days of receipt.
To receive a full refund of the purchase price on damaged merchandise, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Please note that clearance merchandise sold is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders refused by Buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, costs of labor, and freight charges.
Do you sell products wholesale?
We only sell wholesale products that are produced by Barry and Batya Segal. This includes (but is not limited to) their CDs, DVDs, and calendars.
Wholesale prices are 40% for groups who purchase at least $100 worth of product after discounts.
Wholesale prices are 50% for groups who purchase at least $500 worth of product after discounts.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping charges will be added (there are no additional fees added).
The minimum order to be considered wholesale is $100.00.

Do you offer additional discounts to non-profits?
We do not offer any regular discounts apart from our wholesale pricing. Remember that all profits from our shop sales go directly to help those in need throughout Israel.
How are items shipped? Can I expedite my order?
Product orders are shipped through the USPS system. Most items are shipped 1st class or via a flat-rate box, depending on the items ordered. Please contact our staff before you order if there is a deadline for you to receive your product. Expedited shipping is available if staff resources are available.
If shipping by alternative or expedited methods is required, the shipping fee will increase. We can be flexible, but if you need a specific method of shipping for your order, please contact us by phone or email. Once again, expedited shipping is available if staff resources are available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once payment is received, we will be able to process your order. In most cases, orders are processed and sent out in the mail within 48 hours of them coming in. However, please bear in mind that it could take up to 10 days from the time of your order as our product staff may be out on assignment and away from the office.
